These General Conditions regulate the purchase of the products offered on the website https://www.anitaflow.com/ and the Apps, owned by COOL PARTNERS, S.L. (hereinafter, PANTEA GROUP).
The purchase of any of the products entails the full and unreserved acceptance of each and every one of the General Conditions indicated, without prejudice to the acceptance of the Specific Conditions that may be applicable to the purchase of certain products.
These General Conditions may be modified without prior notice, therefore, it is advisable to read their content carefully before proceeding with the purchase of any of the products offered.

All notifications and communications between users and PANTEA GROUP shall be considered effective, for all purposes, when made by any of the aforementioned means.
The products offered, together with their main characteristics and price, appear on the screen.
PANTEA GROUP reserves the right to decide, from time to time, the products and/or services offered to Customers. Thus, PANTEA GROUP may, at any time, add new products and/or services to those currently offered. Likewise, PANTEA GROUP reserves the right to withdraw or cease to offer, at any time and without prior notice, any of the products offered.
This is without prejudice to the fact that the purchase of any of the products may only be made by means of the USER’s subscription or registration, with PANTEA GROUP providing the interested party with a User name and password, which shall identify and personally enable him/her to access the products.
Once inside https://panteagroup.es, and in order to access the contracting of the different products, the User must follow all the instructions indicated in the purchase process, which shall imply the reading and acceptance of all the general and specific conditions set out in https://www.anitaflow.com/.
4. AVAILABILITY AND SUBSTITUTIONS
PANTEA GROUP intends to guarantee the availability of all products advertised on https://www.anitaflow.com/. However, in the event that any product ordered is not available or if the product is out of stock, the customer will be informed through the means provided by the customer as soon as possible.
If the product is not available, and the consumer has been informed of this, PANTEA GROUP may supply a product of similar characteristics without an increase in price, in which case the consumer may accept or reject it by exercising his right of withdrawal and termination of the contract.
In the event of unavailability of all or part of the order, and the rejection of the replacement products by the customer, the refund previously paid will be made Yes, by means of transfer
5. PURCHASE AND/OR CONTRACTING PROCESS
In order to make any purchase on https://www.anitaflow.com/, the customer must be of legal age.
It is also recommended that the customer prints and/or keeps a copy of the conditions of sale on a durable medium when placing the order, as well as the receipt sent by PANTEA GROUP by e-mail.INVOICINGWith the order, the customer will receive the corresponding invoice, for which purpose the customer consents to the invoice being sent to him in electronic format, if requested in this way. The customer will receive it by e-mail, in PDF format. The customer may revoke this consent at any time by sending an e-mail to: firstname.lastname@example.org to receive the invoice in paper format.
The order will be delivered to the address designated by the customer at the time of contracting according to the method chosen.
7. PRICES, COSTS AND TAXES
The prices of the products listed on https://www.anitaflow.com/ will be expressed in Euros unless otherwise stated and will be guaranteed during the period of validity of the same, unless there is a printing error and whatever the destination of the order.
The final prices of all the products (and, where applicable, the final prices per unit of measurement, when obligatory) together with their characteristics, offers, discounts, etc., are reflected in each of the articles that appear in the catalogue of https://www.anitaflow.com/.
– The products do not include VAT.
– The VAT rate is 10%.
The prices of the products may vary at any time. In this case, the price to be applied will be that in force on the date the order is placed. In any case, the final cost will be communicated to the customer in the electronic purchase process before he/she formalises his/her acceptance.
8. PAYMENT METHODS
We offer the following payment methods:
– By credit or debit cardYou can pay immediately through our Bank’s SSL secure payment gateway. If any refund or cancellation of the order is necessary, the amount will be reimbursed through the same payment card.
9. RETURNS AND CANCELLATION POLICY
According to the regulations, the consumer and user will have the right to WITHDRAW from the contract for a maximum period of 14 calendar days without having to indicate the reason and without incurring any cost, except for those provided for in art. 107.2 and 108 of RD1/2007, of 16 November, which approves the text referred to in the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users.
This right of withdrawal is not applicable to, among others:
– Contracts for the supply of goods whose price is subject to fluctuations in financial market coefficients that the entrepreneur cannot control.
– Contracts for the supply of goods which are made to the specifications of the consumer and user or which are clearly personalised, or which by their nature cannot be returned or which are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
– Supply of sealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons.
– Supply of goods which after delivery have been mixed with other goods.
– Supply of perishable goods.
The customer shall have a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the day of receipt of the goods or product ordered to inform PANTEA GROUP of its wish to withdraw from the contract.
Withdrawal implies that PANTEA GROUP shall refund the amount already paid by the customer within a maximum period of 14 calendar days, following the same procedure chosen by the customer for payment (provided that the product purchased does not fall within the exceptions indicated above).
During this period, the consumer shall inform the entrepreneur of his decision to withdraw from the contract by filling in the form at the end of this document and sending it to the e-mail address email@example.com.
PANTEA GROUP shall send the consumer an acknowledgement of receipt of the withdrawal on a durable medium.
In order to return a product it is essential that it is in perfect condition and in its original packaging, with all its accessories and without having been used.
Once we receive your request we will contact the customer to indicate the details of the return and the entrepreneur will bear the costs of returning the goods.
Consumable products, deficiencies caused by improper use or manipulation, connection to the mains other than that indicated, incorrect installation or defects resulting from any external cause are excluded from the guarantees.
For products of a durable nature, the consumer will have the right to an adequate technical service and the existence of spare parts for a minimum of 5 years from the date on which the product ceases to be manufactured, without the price of the spare parts being increased when they are used for repairs.

To avoid problems with the installation or operation of the purchased product, make sure that you have followed the installation and operating instructions contained in the user manuals.
Collection and delivery costs are to be paid by the customer.
11. CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMPLAINTS

12. APPLICABLE LAW
The present conditions shall be governed by the Spanish legislation in force.
The language used shall be Spanish.
